PSZ系列砂石整形機是我公司技術人員研發的新型設備，適用于抗壓強度在300MPa以下的各種礦 石和巖石物料顆粒整形，可根據用戶要求，選用不同轉子轉速和不同電機功率的組合，以滿足用戶不同的需要。本系列設備可根據用戶的要求，很方便地改成石打鐵的制砂機，我公司的砂石整形機和制砂機大部分零件可以互通互換。
PSZ系列砂石整形機由主體、進料管、襯架、軸系、轉子及電動機組成，在物料入口兩側安裝有空 氣循環裝置，使轉子旋轉所產生的風和粉塵在機器內部循環，以減少粉塵污染。而高速旋轉的轉子，由于精確地調整了平衡，從而實現了低噪音、低振動。由于采用了特殊的耐磨件，延長了轉子內易損件的使用壽命。
PSZ Series Shaping Machine is developed by our company. It is suit for crushing all kinds of rock material which compression strength less than 300 MPa into cubes. According to different needs, the rotor speed and the electrical power can be arbitrar chosen.Some parts of SCBL series can be remodeled into SX series easily.
PSZ Series Sand Shaping Machine is composed of feeding pipe,shaft,rotor and motor.Air-cycle unit is assembled on two sides of feeding port,which can prevent dust from discharging outside.The rotor going round and round at a high speed produce less noise and vibration .Because we select special,life of the rotor is prolonged.
