產(chǎn)品描述
XL/XS洗砂機產(chǎn)品適用于建筑工地、砂石廠、混凝土大壩、玻璃廠石英砂及油井回填用壓力砂的洗選、分級和脫水。XL砂石洗選機按15°傾斜布置，水槽下部由三邊堰板包圍形成沉淀池，螺旋頭部沒入沉淀池內(nèi)，螺旋由電動機經(jīng)減速器驅(qū)動連續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)，由沉淀池底部多孔板給入清洗水。XS輪式洗砂機經(jīng)電動機、減速機的傳動，驅(qū)動水槽中的葉輪不停地在水槽中作圓周性轉(zhuǎn)動，從而將水槽中的礦石或礦渣顆粒物料在水中攪拌、翻轉(zhuǎn)、淘洗并使受水物料在葉輪中脫水后排出。

XL/XS Screw sand washer is mainly used for sand processing, electric pole factory, building work site and concrete dam, various sands classifying and dewatering. This sand washer adopts inclination of 150,under the water tub, three weir plates form the sediment pool, the screw head is immersed in this pool. the screw is driven by electric motor through reducer rotating continuously, the fresh water is feeding from porous plate at bottom of sediment pool. XS Wheel type Sand washer is widely used for cleaning materials in the following industries: quarry, minerals, building materials, transportation, chemical industry. water conservation and hydropower. cement station and so on.
